What is going on is that you're dealing with a keyword scraper, they latch on to certain search terms and, anytime they see a post with it in there, they grab it.

Fortunately, the situation should be pretty easy to resolve. I have a stock DMCA notice on my site that you can use. Just fill it out and send it to copyrightclaims@godaddy.com and they should handle it pretty quickly. GoDaddy, their host, typically handles such matters very swiftly.

If you need any help with that or have any questions, please feel free to send me an email. I'll be out of town most of this weekend but I'll be checking my mail periodically.
