If it says I’m offline under the “About Me” blurb to your right for an extended period of time, don’t worry — I’ve been getting upwards of 30 spam messages a day from screennames that are simply letters and numbers jumbled together, which means blocking them won’t have any effect. So until I find out why they’ve suddenly appeared and how to stop them, I’ve set my AIM so that only people on my buddy list can IM me.
