It appears that all of the links assume a tabindex of zero, so it starts with the enter code field, then proceeds through all of the links, before hitting tabindex 1 (name), tabindex 2 (email), etc. If you just get rid of the tabindex (or make these fields all zero) it will just hit them in the order on the page.
