WordPress 1.5.1.3, Hanson.net.

It’s another WordPress update post … version 1.5.1.3 has been released with an important security update. In fact, it’s so important that the development blog advises the following:

The problem is not yet public but you should update your blog as soon as possible to 1.5.1.3. If you are unable to do upgrade in the short-term you may protect yourself by deleting the xmlrpc.php file from your WordPress directory.

Work today was a little better. Got to sleep in an hour, brought water and a granola bar, took lunch earlier, and got myself on the visitors list. I wish I could wear jeans since dealing with printers and paper and ink for hours on end in nice clothes isn’t too comfortable … but not like I can do anything about it. I need more casual skirts and longer/better-fitting pants. Oh yeah, and Rodney only wants me there for three weeks. Must try to see the design department before then.

Eep! Hanson.net (the official Hanson site) just got a complete makeover and I had no frickin’ idea it was happening … whatever happened to posting news in the News section? And big surprise, it sucks: the graphics are fuzzy, the sidebar is cut off (even for my 1024 x 768 resolution), and it’s harder to navigate *sigh* Stupid web designers. At least the “Gear” and “Media” sections are nicer.
