Wow, what a busy day this has been. At 1 I had my interview at Manpower which, despite piles of paperwork, went well. Almost got a job for this Saturday, but it got canceled for some reason. Then someone named Lisa called (I think I found her on Yahoo’s HotJobs) with a data entry job in Alexandria that I’m hoping I qualify for since it would take up my whole summer. Randstad calls (for once) soon after with a “document production” position … i.e., laminating, cutting, hole-punching, talking with clients, etc. Should be interesting since I’ve never done that … but we’ll see. I have my fingers crossed that the data entry falls through, but I’ll be happy with whatever I get.

So after making and receiving 827503 phone calls and dragging my bike out of my car, I take Ross to his treatment and finally am able to relax and frickin’ eat — been starving all day! Oh yeah, and finish my laundry. But oh well … now I gotta go meet Shaune, Mike, and Al at Ruby’s for coffee/dessert/whatever … bye!

Edit: Cross out the data entry job, and maybe the document production one too *sigh* Back to square one again …
