Darude at Clarendon Ballroom.

Arrow Tuesday, March 29, 2005 @ 8:40 am

*sigh* If only the stupid club wasn’t 21+, I’d so be there this Friday (especially since it’s just $5) And I know Brian missed them in Washington, and now they’re here, and I can’t frickin’ go.

Mail is good, chocolate Peep?

Arrow Monday, March 28, 2005 @ 8:26 pm

I love getting cards from my grandpa … he keeps sending me money  And according to my dad, my grandma’s supposed to be sending me one soon. Yay.

I went to both CVS and Wal-Mart today in search of the new chocolate egg with a Peep inside, but alas, it was not to be found. I found one online for $0.75, but then you had to buy $20 worth of candy, so scratched that out. Stupid people buying all the good candy before/on Easter so there’s nothing left for the day-after people

Edit: Just got a postcard from my uncle … lol.

Hoppy Easter.

Arrow Sunday, March 27, 2005 @ 10:27 pm

I saw a little gray bunny on my way to the dorm as I unloaded my car tonight (which hopped away as I got closer) … it was a nice end to Easter

Awesome Flash, ThinkGeek.

Arrow Saturday, March 26, 2005 @ 9:58 pm

Haha, this site is great (even though it’s in French): StephaneGuillot.com. My favorite part is the fire-breathing by the designer’s animated self after returning from the “Contact” page  Note: sound is turned on.

I love this shirt from ThinkGeek:

Done.

Arrow Saturday, March 26, 2005 @ 1:18 am

Well, the Themes Competition deadline has passed … I hope the theme changes I submitted last night get posted.

Man, taking care of sites is hard work, and I have yet another urge to close weirdncrazy.com (my Hanson fansite). Every other fansite out there has the same, if not more, information than I do, and I barely get any “interaction” submissions. I mean, I know some people visit and enjoy the site, but hardly anyone leaves feedback — meaning I’m stuck between keeping it updated for those few people or saving bandwidth by deleting everything. I’m also more motivated to work on this site than anything else. Dunno if that’s good or bad … blah

Spell with Flickr, IQ.

Arrow Thursday, March 24, 2005 @ 7:24 pm

Check out what this page can do with Flickr images:

Spell with Flickr

It wasn’t working right yesterday, but I’m glad it is now — I can’t believe how many different pictures there are of just letters!

I found the following link in my friend John’s AIM profile: US Election 2004: Results listed by average IQ. Definitely interesting and, in my opinion, true.

Bad MySQL.

Arrow Thursday, March 24, 2005 @ 6:09 pm

*sigh of relief* My site is now back online and working. MySQL got overloaded sometime between last night and this morning, but luckily, my host was able to fix it. Though I’m not sure what exactly happened, I just hope it doesn’t happen again. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Edit: Yay! My last site problem has been fixed by awesome JVDS support, which has gone up in quality by like 200%. Maybe the acquistion of JVDS by Fortress ITX was a good idea
