A drinkable (and listenable) feast.
Wednesday, September 22, 2004 @ 7:28 pm I decided to be spontaneous and try soy milk for dinner, specifically the Vanilla Al’mondo Soymilk Shake by Odwalla. It was … definitely a new experience lol. Not bad, but not something I’d drink everyday. Then again, maybe I just have to get used to the whole soy thing. It tasted like a mix of chocolate milk and dry oatmeal. And now, after a small caesar salad and a third of the Odwalla, I’m full. Hmm. Cool?
I also “got into” iTunes today. I was sick of my Soulseek downloads failing ’cause of the stupid firewall here, so I said what the hell, updated my iTunes, and proceeded to buy about $20 worth of music
Here’s what I got:
- Alanis Morissette “Eight Easy Steps”
- Bonnie McKee “Somebody”
- Bowling For Soup “1985″
- Celine Dion “Make You Happy”
- Chevelle “Vitamin R”
- Crossfade “The Day the Music Died”
- Good Charlotte “Predictable”
- Hayley Westenra “Who Painted the Moon Black”
- HIM “Solitary Man”
- HIM “Salt In Our Wounds”
- HIM “The Heartless”
- Howie Day “Collide”
- Killers “Mr. Brightside”
- Korn “Word Up”
- Lazyboy “Underwear Goes Inside the Pants”
- My Chemical Romance “I’m Not Okay”
- Papa Roach “Getting Away With Murder”
- Pat McGee Band “Beautiful Ways”
- Savage Garden “I Want You”
- Savage Garden “Universe” (what I named this site after)
- Spymob “German Test Drive”
- Velvet Revolver “Fall to Pieces”
All in all, it’s an awesome mix, I recommend every single song (you can preview them before buying), there’s a free song download every week, and my next step will be finding out if I can play AAC files on my MP3 player.
