Blah … my hands are freezing, I’ve been out for like 3 - 4 hours today knocking on doors, and only got 1 lead. 1! Though I did hand out a lot of business cards and put up 3 lawn signs, I still wish more people needed painting. I think tomorrow I’m gonna hit up the Fairfax High School area, even though that looks more wealthy that what I did today *sigh*
On the bright side, Shayne’s coming up tomorrow, which is awesome ’cause I miss him. Pretty soon I’m driving Ross and I to Clarendon for dinner with Dad, and then after that I’ll probably work on more CWP stuff. It hasn’t been a great or really productive day … I just hope tomorrow and Wednesday are easier … ’cause Thursday and Friday I’ll be up in Charlottesville (like 3 frickin’ hours away) learning how to paint a house with a team meeting in-between. Yeah.
I’m definitely going to bed early tonight.

Linkin Park’s coming to DC on August 8th — a Tuesday — when I’ll probably be working. Grr. And why do the pre-sale tickets go on sale so frickin’ early (this Monday)? People can’t plan that far ahead, Mr. Pre-Sale-Ticket-Date-Decider ![]()

Yeah, new layout already, I got bored with the faerie one. You like?
I’m screwed: Shayne’s picking me up in 15 minutes for D&D, I won’t be done ’til like 2 or 3 am, and I still haven’t studied for my history exam at 8 tomorrow (which covers like 28498 pages of notes). Man, I suck … especially since I slept through history and English this morning, during which we handed in essay 3, were assigned essay 4, and were given a Vietnam War assignment for spring break *sigh* Do I sense another sleepless night? The girl from College Works that’s crashing at my house this weekend hasn’t called, either … umm? Should I call Jed?

Man … I’m on both a music and sleep deprivation overload
Went to bed at 4:30 last night and got up at 8:30, and now Winamp is being nice and playing the best of the best, namely “Sold Out” by Wakefield, “Blood Red Summer” by Coheed & Cambria, and “Arch Drive Goodbye” by Eve 6. I’m just like YEAH
So, yesterday was Doron’s 20th birthday, and after not doing anything for it all day, he randomly decides to invite me to IHOP for a “study break” at 2 am with him, Eddie, Zoe, Nate, and Nick, this guy from business who I think likes me lol. It was great, especially the scene we probably made at IHOP: a bunch of college punks stealing the after-dinner candies and creating art with the various condiments
Next time I’m gonna have to try the strawberry stuffed waffles. My phone also fell out of my pocket on the way back ’cause I was laying across Nick, Eddie, at Nate due to lack of room in the car, but luckily Zoe found it and is returning it to Eddie later. So, after sociology I will no longer be phone-less
Yay! I get to see Shayne tonight too — today is definitely off to a good start.
By the way, I am so dying my hair black permanently after my current dye washes out — everyone likes it. Eddie also wants to pierce my eyebrow, but I gotta think about that one, even though Doron’s (which he had to do twice ’cause he messed up the first time) looks good ![]()
