Download e-sheep, the little sheep that runs around your desktop … it’s funny. You can have like 40 running at once.
What’s not funny is that I got a 52 on my anthropology exam … with the class average being 74. WTF. Watch me do the same on health tomorrow — have no motivation to study. I just wanna go to sleep.
I also wanna go to UREC, but my stomach hurts, and I’m supposed to watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding with Doron sometime tonight. Blah. And need to shower … and get lots of coffee/sugar so I can do my frickin’ Affinity … and read The Breeze, with a headline about recent female attacks. Oh yeah, and studying would be a good idea. Packing too. My hall sucks. Break isn’t gonna be any easier.

Got my secret Santa stuff from Wal-Mart … hope they like it. Maureen got her bike too.
Fuck I still have so much stuff to do … *cries* … make it all go away. Have to frickin’ study, pack, go to UREC, do site stuff, check in at Garber, get a blue book before anthropology, read The Breeze so I can throw it away, finish my Affinity paperwork, get quarters, and make my skydiving fanlisting. Probably more too. Maybe I need to go to bed … but I’m not tired … blah.

Okay wtf, my feet are really peeling. That probably sounds gross, but it started yesterday … I think it’s ’cause I went to UREC for the past 3 days … but should that do it? After my shower I went to dry off and there were these patches of skin coming off my toes, bigger than I’ve had before (like during the summer). But oh well, it went away on its own before … maybe it will this time too. My ankles are also sore from running … stupid track. Guess it’s time for more elliptical. But that’s cool, ’cause I’ve noticed you burn more calories doing that than the stairmaster or treadmill. I also tried the newest of UREC’s treadmills last night, and I like it ’cause the front doesn’t make you feel restricted and you get more stats all at once … unlike the others that only scroll through the basics.
Let’s see, what else have I done on this fine wonderful snow day? Absolutely nothing. Slept ’til noon, did site stuff (like all the bloggish things to the right) for a few hours, and went to UREC. Before leaving I browsed their “Warm a Winter Wish” Christmas tree and found 2 needy families to get presents for
An 11-year-old boy wants Tony Hawk’s Underground PS2 game, and a 41-year-old woman wants a Wal-Mart gift certificate. I think that can be arranged — gotta start on my Christmas shopping sometime! Even though I have no idea what everyone else wants … except Brian. Hmm.
Then I did more site stuff and got dinner (chicken noodle soup, baked potato, peanut butter and jelly sandwich) ’cause Dukes was closing early. Watched part of the weird Viva La Bam and a show about Paris and Nikki Hilton. Then an ET special called “Hollywood’s Diet Disorders” came on, so had to watch that lol. Then I showered (much to Brian’s delight) … and that’s about it.
Also emailed Jessica’s RA, Agnes or whatever (couldn’t understand her message), about setting up a check-in time (when I get my key!) and putting stuff in storage. Apparently Kristen, Jessica’s current roommate, isn’t leaving ’til Thursday, so I can’t start moving in ’til after break. But oh well. At least most of my stuff will be there when I get back … though I’m not looking forward to carrying it up 3 steep flights of stairs. Bah.
Okay, crap … according to Wal-Mart.com, the Tony Hawk game is $49.72 … I thought it’d be like $20! Now I dunno how much of a gift certificate to get … man I’m broke. Maybe $20 or $30? I hope I don’t spend more money than I have ![]()

K, update: my GCOM teacher is awesome and only held class for 5 minutes to tell us the answers to the practice exam. I was like score. Then I had lunch at Festival with Karolina, during which I told her about having to move before break (yes, unfortunately, it’s true), and she said she’d help me if I needed it. We also arranged to do a carpool thing over Christmas break: she’s riding home with me and my dad, and I’m riding back with her and her dad. Cool.
After I calmed down about the whole moving thing, I went over to Residence Life to verify my move. So before Friday I have to contact my new HD for a check-in time, get a new key, contact my current HD for a check-out time, move my stuff into Garber (or take it home), and return my current key. I think I’ve already completed the RCFs for both residences too. 2 down, 5 to go. Bah.
I’m also having dinner with Doron … can’t forget to do that.

OMG … crap … I can’t believe this. I just got an email saying I have to move to Garber BEFORE break. I thought it wasn’t ’til a few weeks after we got back! And it doesn’t help that I just had coffee, so I’m even more jittery. Crap. And Jessica’s not online so I can’t tell her, and what if her roommate hasn’t left yet? My dad’s definitely coming for break if this is true *sigh* This is too much … how am I gonna pack up everything and finish moving in a week? Grr to Kimberly for giving me the wrong information. WTF. Wonder when they’ll email me back about this. Okay … *breathe* … not working.
So, what other hundreds of things do I gotta do? Hmm lets’s see: get Affinity stuff worked out, skiing paperwork, book buyback ASAP, exams, final project for ART160 that I keep forgetting about, get over to UREC a decent amount of days ’til I leave, and whatever else I’m forgetting.
The riding team got “Sports Club of the Month” for November, so yay … even though I didn’t really do much. The execs are frickin’ excited, though, ’cause this means a second article in the breeze over the course of 2 months (something rare).
Want good news? Here ya go: it’s snowing (yay!) and I got $25 cash back for my art book (originally $40). But they better still be accepting my other books after I’m done with exams.
Oh fuck, I need to go to GCOM *runs*

Okay. Today. Went to Wal-Mart but waited for the bus for 45 minutes so didn’t get there ’til 6. I officially don’t like the Shopper anymore … it says it runs continuously, but really it just visits random stops more than others over the course of an hour (those random stops not including Godwin, where I was). It was really annoying ’cause like, it’s frickin’ cold outside … but on the way back, Route 1 made it up to me by waiting for me. So yay. Here’s what I got:
- Christmas kleenex
- cherry chapstick
- blue and silver hangers
- Pirates of the Caribbean DVD ![]()
- face stuff
- toothpaste
- brush with a soft handle
Then I had dinner: turkey and cheese sandwich, strawberry banana yogurt, and tomato florentine soup. It was yummy, and I’m hungry again 5 hours later. Grr. But no food for me ’til tomorrow … especially since my stomach hurts.
My $7 Graham Colton refund still hasn’t been credited to my Flex account. Evil evil Card Services.
Gah, $437.25 for books next semester. 11 books for 5 classes. WTF. That’s so much — I better get a good amount of money back when I sell my current books, or else I’ll be pissed. Also hope I win one of the hundred $200 bookstore checks … remind me to enter the contest.
Was just reading this girl’s blog who applied for one of my fanlistings … made me realize how lucky I am. She has tons of medical problems (including a kidney transplant, catheters, and dialysis), a broken family, guy issues, is depressed a lot and tried to commit suicide twice … and it’s not like she isn’t trying … it’s these kinda people that I wish I could help. She even has the same car that I do … just one year newer.
Speaking of fanlistings, I got approved for my skydiving one what, like 2 1/2 months after I submitted the application? Slackers. I need time to make it.
OMG, Affinity’s “Employee Start Packet” is 34 pages long. I can’t believe I’m printing it. Fuck that’s a lot of paper … I think I killed a tree.
Fuck, I suddenly am drowning is so much stuff to do … *cries* Work stuff, final project stuff, ski stuff, keeping-Claire-sane stuff, etc. Blah. Want break … sorta.
Yay it might snow on Saturday *does evil Homer dance*

Okay, Hotmail’s new UI sucks. Why do they keep changing something that doesn’t need to be? It’s even more confusing now. Maybe I should start using Outlook Express again.
My No Strings Attached CD still has no bidders.
Sam cut 10 inches off her hair over Thanksgiving … said she didn’t realize how long it was, and that she hasn’t been able to flip her hair since she was 7. Cool I guess, especially since she donated it to charity.
Why do my posters keep falling? Isn’t packing tape enough?
My $250 check needs to frickin’ go through now. I wanna skip riding and get some stuff at Wal-Mart — namely toothpaste and Pirates of the Caribbean. But no … the bank is evil and wants me to suffer through another freezing lesson. Maybe I just won’t go to spite them … then again, my stuff is there … why …
People keep thinking I’m living in Gifford next semester, the honors dorm. Um, no. Garber. And the only people I’ve told are Maureen and like Jen or somebody … random people keep coming in my room, all like oh you’re moving? I’ll definitely be glad to get out of this gossip-hole.
Just submitted a form saying I was interested in living on-campus next year — in January I’ll be able to register. Need to figure out the details of that.
