WTF. Thanks Dad for telling me that the plumber was coming this morning at frickin’ 8. I mean, he’s nice and all, but getting less than 6 hours of sleep is not what I was aiming for.
Oh well … at least he’s leaving me money for shopping today, and he’ll give me a check for Canada as soon as I tell him the right amount. He also said he’ll take the Toyota in for service when I’m in Quebec (if not before).
Shopping list:
- red and green collars (with bells?) for the cats
- replacement SS card
- 18 x 24 (easy) and 14 x 13 (hard) frames
- whale book
- Bath & Body Works stuff
- card and Christmas coffee for Aunt Ann
- something for Grandma
- food
I was looking at frames at pictureframes.com last night ’cause it’s not exactly easy to find a 14 x 13 size. One thing’s for sure, I’m definitely not getting both my frames there — each one would be like $80. The actual frame is only about $30, but they make you pay for a special kit (like $23) ’cause it doesn’t come with glass or mounting equipment, and then there’s matting, which is optional, but costs another $20 or $30 … and luck has it that I need it for the 14 x 13. It’s a good site … just frickin’ expensive for a custom size, even with the cheaper frames. Grr. Wal-Mart here I come … at least for the 18 x 24.
What’s good, though, is that if I get everything on my list up there accomplished, my Christmas shopping will be done (score) … but don’t know about the likeliness factor.
*sigh* Yesterday I almost delete my sound, today I download the new beta of AIM, link my other sn’s, and end up deleting like 15 of my buddies … and I can’t for the life of me remember who they were. Stupid AIM. Why can’t it have an undo feature?

K got my grades … apparently I couldn’t log in last night ’cause they were still putting them in and were done at 8 am this morning:
ART140: B
ART160: A
GANTH: C+
GCOM: A
GHTH: B
For a total GPA of 3.26. That’s okay I guess. Jessica said she got what I got except for a C (not a C+).

I have a new favorite band: Stars Hide Fire, and like GC, they’re from DC! Too bad I didn’t know about them when they were in Chantilly almost 2 weeks ago … now they’re all the way up in Canada. Grr. And supposedly their CD is at the Tower Records in Fairfax and Vienna, but I couldn’t find it (it’s not on Amazon either). I still want it for Christmas, though
Hey it’s 4:44 … make a wish.

No … the wooden toothbrush for Brian’s mom is out of stock *grumble* Well, hopefully they’ll get more in before Christmas
Wow that was random … Shaune just called me (at like 3 am), said she needed someone to talk to, a minute later was like hey lemme call you back … and never did lol. Typical.
Yay! Jessica’s getting us Sugarcult tickets now — she’s like man we’re gonna die Monday … but die happy! LOL. And I keep forgetting that the 9:30 Club uses Tickets.com instead of Ticketmaster for their sales — I was freaking out ’cause I couldn’t find the show ![]()

Calm and peacful. You just want to give it all away to find that special someone. Take back all the hurtful things you said to the one you lost. This is your moment when thoughts are very clear and you have no doubt in yourself. Which Linkin Park song are you?

Yay, floor LP tickets are ordered (thanks to Brian getting me a gift fan club membership last night)! And hopefully I’ll get a meet and greet too … but who knows with these fans, this is my first time actually trying for one … I kinda wrote it off with Hanson ’cause it was impossible unless you waited after the show. Yeah … and now I gotta go to lunch … and I hope this isn’t true:
Ok, I was at the Pat Center las nite for the HFS Nutcracker, which was good btw. I had floor seats so I was really excited I was gonna be in the pit as usual. I get there and there are friggin seats on the floor. Apparantly the new VA fire marshall has practically gotten rid of the pit (at least that is what all the staff said). There was a very small pit that I didn’t have a ticket to, you had to win it from HFS. On an aside, I said hell no and jumped the wall. Also, security personell all agreed that the system was dumb. I mean, a KORN show with no pit?
WTF? There better be a pit for my LP.
