Stressed.

Arrow Tuesday, October 7, 2003 @ 9:28 pm

Ever had a day where you’ve felt like everything that could go wrong, did go wrong?

Well, today is one of those days, and I’m so stressed out. Don’t even know why. Have so much random stuff to do, fall break will never come, I have to get up tomorrow at 6:15 am and can’t go to bed anytime soon, still have art to finish, riding sucked, need to do laundry, gotta call my dad about money, I feel sick and that I’m a bad girlfriend, etc. x 1000. And then I have to miss open mic night (one method of relaxation) ’cause I need stuff at Wal-Mart tonight, and the frickin’ CVS closes at 9 *sigh* Stupid CVS, wtf happened to 24 hours?

Well, I’m out … leave a message … even though this isn’t AIM. Nevermind.

Annoying hall.

Arrow Monday, October 6, 2003 @ 11:44 pm

OMG my hall is insane … and not in the cheerleader way either. So far tonight I’ve witnessed Kara playing hopscotch with the tiles in the floor, and a few minutes ago someone else came screaming down the hallway so loud that everyone came out of their rooms — even the bathroom — to see what was wrong, and all she could manage to say was, “OMG WE WON!” (with no reference to who won) in hysterics (and she’s obnoxious in the first place). And of course with my luck I was in the hall at the same moment — I wanted to sink into the floor. All I could think was, great … it’s Foxcroft all over again *sigh* I so wish I was a sophomore.

In other news, I finished my black, gray, and white photograph for art, and am contemplating reading for health … except it’s the same generic sex ed stuff that they teach you from 5th grade ’til you can’t stand it anymore … and then give it to you again in college. Sheesh.

Ooh, while getting dinner I saw this cool guy with a blue mohawk … I was like okay, gotta find out where you and all the people like you hang out, ’cause the Barbie-ish aura of 2B is making me go insane. I wish the riding club meetings weren’t right smack dab in the middle of open mic night … ’cause if that’s where I met Karolina and Jessica, there’s gotta be more of them out there. Damn this huge campus, it’s impossible to find anybody a second time.

Anyway … I suppose I should go read … but call my cell (which decided to work again after I got back from art) if you need me. Yeah … do that … and stuff. Adios.

Poor kitties.

Arrow Saturday, October 4, 2003 @ 7:54 pm

Philosophical questions of the day:

  1. Greenville or Greenvul?
  2. Real eyes, realize, or real lies?

LOL thanks Todd (aka Bart)

Anyway … why won’t my phone work? It keeps saying “sorry, unable to process your call” or something. Grr. It hasn’t done that before, but my dad said a tower’s probably down or something. Guess I’ll have to wait and see how it “feels” in the morning.

I also hope I see Kyle soon so I can get the latest on the kitten situation — if the cat food helped him catch any more (which would be awesome) and how the orange and white ones are doing. And aww, the white one had the prettiest eyes, they were this mysterious mix of blue and gray. The two were so cute when we got back from canoeing, they were curled up together in the sun on top of Kyle’s backpack. Everyone was like, aww! I wish they weren’t so afraid of people, though … poor kitties. They were so skinny too.

What else … have to get up at 5:45 am tomorrow to help out at the ride-a-thon. Ick. And then at 4 I have my last passport (yay), and at 9 is the slide class with the riding club. Gonna be pretty busy, but at least I can sleep in on Monday.

I won!

Arrow Thursday, October 2, 2003 @ 12:33 pm

Woah awesome, I just found out that I won the Hanson fan package from the MS Raffle! Yay! I bought 10 tickets for $10 in like July … was I the only person to enter or something? I’m not supposed to win stuff lol. But oh well, six years of fandom have finally earned me an autograph (plus other stuff), and that’s what matters (even if I wasn’t actually there when they signed it  )!

Any decent workers out there?

Arrow Wednesday, October 1, 2003 @ 8:33 pm

Stupid workers who did the floor at home … they let the cats out even though my dad told them not to in English and Spanish. He found Midnight shortly after he got home, but couldn’t find Mackie. He looked everywhere, even tried leaving the tuna can out … but with no luck. He was really worried, but finally found him that night at the end of Ranger Rd., meowing and reluctant to come to him. Poor Mackie and my dad … but stupid workers.

I repeat, stupid workers. Apparently they also got my room really dusty, and now my dad has to clean it (I guess it can’t wait ’til I get back) ’cause they obviously don’t care about anything except money *sigh* I’m so sick of these people … why does my dad keep having them over? The house is frickin’ fine.

Anyway, on a happier note, go here to see a squirrel and penguin playing the banjo, among other amusements. Yeah … and why is my phone randomly blinking?
