Umm, what? Another new look? Great … I liked the old one much better. And Dr. Gibbons’ shift key is half-broken. Grr. Anyway, haven’t posted in a few days … let’s see if I can remember the past week. I started (finally) at G-town! The first day was really cool, I felt all important with my uniform, especially since I got to go in the OR right away. But besides doing that (and trying not to pass out from the heat), I’ve basically been filing, making phone calls, and chilling online during downtime. I keep randomly running into the concierge guy and saying hi, which is amusing. This morning I saw patients with Dr. Chahine, Meera, and Catherine (or whatever her name was). She was cool though, and is a student at G-town med school. We saw Dr. Kelly as we were walking to lunch, which was nice since she basically made the whole thing happen, and wasn’t at the hospital ’til today.

We moved! Getting everything over took forever … and I need to border my room. My aunt came yesterday to help with the unpacking too. So far the living room and upstairs bathroom are all set up … and that’s it lol. Hopefully the kitchen will be done today. And I’m slowly working on my room, but it’s hard with being here and then doing stuff with my aunt. But oh well. She leaves on Saturday Oh, and a little recommendation: the banana pudding at Artie’s (where we went last night) is really good.

I just got my roommate and dorm info at JMU. I’m living at Hillside Hall (wherever that is) and am rooming with this girl Maureen. Gonna email her later — we have a ton of stuff to work out. Speaking of which, I need to sell my Towson Hanson ticket. Anyone interested?
