I think this is the earliest I’ve gotten up in awhile … or at least the earliest and Ross hasn’t been online, lol. Yay. Anyway, last night was pretty cool. Brian came over and we fixed my computers so I could transfer files between them (speaking of which, I gotta get more CD-Rs), had dinner (turkey, stuffing, peas, corn, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls, and some Australian wine which was really good according to Brian, but I could barely tell the difference lol), made a fire (finishing with the log with the handle), randomly surfing and talking to Brad, and then Brian left and we went to bed an hour or two later. So yeah … it went well. And now I officially know that Ross is the intelligent one and I’m the artsy one. Or something, lol.
Oh yeah, and when I came downstairs this morning, my dad was like, “did I tell you that Pat’s coming over for dinner tonight? At about 6? Not Brenden though.” I was like ” … uhh no,” and he said yeah, and that I should come if I can. Grr — yet another example of me being the last to know things.
Anyway, well there’s not much else to write, so adios.

Happy Turkey Day! I love holidays … they rock. Everybody’s here and happy, no school, good food, etc. Now Brian just has to come over
Speaking of which, right now he’s in the process of fixing my TagBoard … apparently it doesn’t work on anything but IE. Stupid TagBoard.
My dad’s cooking for dinner tonight, and he melted a spatula — again, lol. It doesn’t smell as bad as it did before, but geez … you think you’d learn the first time? Haha, but it’s all good. So far I know we’re having turkey (duh) with stuffing, pumpkin pie, and some kinda wine *shrugs*
Umm what else … found out Erica and I both haven’t started Metamorphosis. Oh well, screw it — we won’t go over it for like a week anyway
And cool, Shaune’s back (both in town and online). According to her profile, she had an interesting night last night. But that’s nothing new
Anyway, I’m still in my PJs, so gonna go fix that. Bye!

The Sugarcult concert was awesome! I got a second shirt to add to my collection, an Autopilot Off poster, and a red sticker (ooh ahh) that I got autographed by one of the guitar guys at the end. Rufio was cool except I could barely hear what they were saying. Autopilot Off had a song or two I liked (I think one was “Wake Up”), Sugarcult was awesome (of course — go “Pretty Girl” and lighters!), and The Ataris (who I hadn’t really heard of) had two songs I actually knew: “Teenage Riot” and “01/15/96.” Their song “My Reply” was really good, too … gotta remember to download it. And is it just me, or do the lead singer of The Ataris and one of the Sugarcult guys look really alike? I dunno … I just know I thought they were the same person at first
I also got to experience the mosh pit for most of the concert, which was definitely fun. Gotta try crowd surfing next time. And it was funny, all the people in the pit were like hardcore fans, and I had no idea about anything. I was just like hehe yeah, go me. Ooh, and guess what else — I met up with my friend Charlotte from Yorktown that I hadn’t seen in years — I don’t even know how she recognized me, but it was definitely cool to see her again. Maybe we’ll hang out sometime, seeing as how she goes to Mason and lives in Falls Church.
Anyway … and today was actually pretty productive. Spent most of it at Tysons and at home dealing with job stuff. It was crazy … okay, first I went to PacSun where originally I was gonna have an interview and be done with it. But no … since I’d be going away for Christmas, they just said to come back for summer break. So I was like okay, fine, that’s understandable. Then I had lunch (go Chinese food) and decided to see if Gap was hiring. They were, of course, and somehow I get there right before their group interview. They tell me to come to that, so I’m like uh okay, why not? I felt bad ’cause I just kinda left Brian, but I couldn’t really do anything else. Oh well, he found a shirt there, so it’s not a total loss
So yeah, I do the frickin’ hour-long interview, and then the lady tells me I need references (which I stupidly don’t have), so I go home, call Dad to get PacSun and both Bill’s numbers, call Gap, call the Bill’s, call PacSun, and then Dad again. LOL. So now I have another interview at PacSun tomorrow at 12:30 (yay) … and Gap has my references and my references know that they may be referenced. Haha. Or something
Yeah … so it’s all good.
Umm … don’t think there’s much else … except that Brian’s awesome ’cause he writes me poems that don’t suck
So *hugs* to him. And bye for now!

So I got 3 letters yesterday — 2 from the SAT and 1 from JMU. All bad news. Turns out I did worse on my SATs this time (1030) than in May (1160), and JMU said they’re moving my application from Early Action to Regular Decision ’cause my stupid SAT scores aren’t in. When I 100% thought I’d sent them in already. WTF? I’m so pissed. Why didn’t Ms. Bonner fucking tell us before our college meeting last week that we had to do it ourselves? And if she did, I either don’t remember or wasn’t there. But I’m pretty sure I’d remember something like that
If I’m lucky the admissions people won’t think less of me for all this crap … but they have reason to if they do *sigh* I’m never gonna get into college at this rate.
Anyway … I promised all the WNC visitors that I’d update over break … so gonna go start that. I have 50-some submissions to add plus news and a lot of little changes. I’m also thinking about making a new layout soon. So TTYL.

K … so Brad couldn’t do jury duty at some court thing for Fairfax County … so he might go to jail? WTF? I’ve never heard of that happening. I dunno. But he just told me and I was like what? Weird. Now he’s complaining to me about all the shit he has to do. Blah … definitely know how that feels.
Anyway … I’m almost done packing. And I’m done with laundry and crap (which took forever). So now I’m basically surfing random personal sites and waiting for Brian to get on. Yeah. Still have the elevation to do, but we all know that probably won’t happen. Haha. And Erica’s stupid … she went to a tanning place with Meg today and got burned. You don’t do that … lol it’s so bad for you. But I’m not her, so it’s all good ![]()

I’m free! Hehe. Thanksgiving break took way too long to get here
But anyway.
So I was almost finished with making my content links pop-ups, when all of sudden my stupid screen goes completely white, I haven’t saved my changes, and I have to restart — meaning all my work was lost. I was so pissed. The one time I don’t save something my computer freaks out. WTF. Is it Murphy’s Law Day or something? LOL … anyway, it’s all fixed now, but it pissed me off nevertheless
Ooh, and guess what? I actually did my architecture section today! I was like okay, you’re not gonna wanna do this when you get back, so I just sat down and started drawing. Hopefully I’ll get to my elevation tonight … but if not, there’s always 30 minutes to spare Monday night
And omg, I also vacuumed my room today, and it stinks! There’s something wrong with the vacuum … it’s like the 8-pound Oreck one … and everytime I vacuum it smells like burnt carpet (which isn’t a good smell). It sucks, and I dunno why it does it. I didn’t like vacuum up carpet or anything. Blah … but oh well, hopefully my room’s aroma is better now — it’s been a couple hours. Yeah lol.
Well, I’m gonna go — I haven’t eaten anything since lunch, and it’s definitely Cup Noodles time. Hehe. I got laundry and packing to do, as well.
