Drift, computers, The Berkley.

Ooh, cool song (”Drift” by Neve):

Silver spirals around the sun
Constellations spinning
And dissolving one by one
The frequencies are out of reach
The phosphorescent halo
Of the universe at peace

I know that time will pass us by
A twisted rearrangement
That makes us wonder why
The two of us will become one
Until it’s over
And the moon becomes the sun

It moves the earth
I feel its worth
The ground will start to shake
It’s what happens every time
The two exist
This continental drift

So take my hand and drift away
This atmospheres’s not perfect
But it is what we create
An endless dance of stars so bright
A supernova
Radioactive liquid light

And as we float through space
Not knowing what’s ahead
Or what will fall into place
I dream of the black hole
That pulls us in
The argument of life
That I can’t win
This continental drift

Don’t you want me here
I’m filling in the space
That keeps us from near
It’s what sets us all apart
The artist from the art
And right back at the start
It’s the mind against the heart
This continental drift
Continental drift

I also changed my desktop image … I’ll have a picture up the next time I restart (’cause all the colors don’t work yet). Anyway … I’m getting bored here, but I haven’t seen Ms. Gamboa or Ms. Blue since about 12. And I know that going to some meeting and eating lunch doesn’t take 3 hours, lol. Maybe they’re in schoolhouse … oh well, I gotta take some new mice over there anyway, so gonna go do that soon.

Yay, and Dad and I are going to Bed Bath & Beyond tonight to get stuff for school. Not that the school part is any fun — it’s the stuff part that is. Haha. Wonder how much he’ll let me get …

Oh yeah, and I found this really good sandwich today at Dank’s. It’s called The Berkley, and it’s spinach, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper (I’m typing this from the menu), grilled chicken breast, and melted swiss cheese with mayo on a 7″ sub roll. Yum. Except I got it without tomato. Anyway, well the computers are calling me (or something) … so talk to everyone later!

And grr … I have 2 days left of freedom.
